Are you interested in raising your own meat in a humane, respectful, and sustainable way? This hands-on workshop is designed for beginners and homesteaders who want to learn the full process of harvesting and processing rabbits with confidence and care.

We’ll walk through each step together — from preparation and humane dispatching, to skinning, cleaning, and breaking down the animal for table. Our focus is minimizing stress, honoring the rabbit, and equipping you with practical skills to take home to your family.

Whether you are new to raising rabbits or looking to become more self-sufficient, this class offers a supportive, educational environment where you can ask questions and learn at your own pace. Classes are kept intentionally small for this purpose.
